Applications for 2023/2024 are now open.

Planning to live away from home while you study? Create the uni experience you’ve always wanted. All of our accommodation is safe, secure and independent – so whether you’re a social butterfly or you prefer the quiet life, you can find your fit at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.

1. Residential Halls

You may choose from en-suite or shared facility rooms, that puts you at the heart of student life – you’ll also benefit from being just a stone’s throw away from our on-campus services.

2. Off Campus

If you’d prefer to live off campus or find your own accommodation, you can choose between private rented accommodation and, in most of our locations, privately-run student halls.

Our Carmarthen and Lampeter locations offer on-site student accommodation, with many of these rooms prioritised for first year students like you. Make the campus your home, living just minutes away from your classes, the library and all things university.

Swansea, Cardiff, London and Birmingham have an offering of purpose built private accommodation close to our campuses. Make the city your home, soaking up the culture and the opportunities – and experiencing the thrill of the metropolis. Wherever you study, you’ll become an integral part of a welcoming community, where you’ll meet some life-long friends and awesome characters along the way.

We offer accommodation specifically for Welsh speakers that want to live with other Welsh speaking students too. Contact the accommodation team for more information.

Our response to COVID-19

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we fully supported all students living in student accommodation. We continued to provide an excellent service for students from maintaining their post and parcel services, to dealing with maintenance and pastoral issues, arranging food parcels for self-isolating students and maintaining regular contact to make sure our students were all ok.

Our Site Operatives ensured the safety of all students living in the halls, visiting flats on a weekly basis, and raising issues or concerns to the necessary team members. The whole team is full of friendly, helpful people who really know how to make students feel at home.

UWTSD accommodation is a home from home and students who stay with us get more than just a bedroom.
