My time at university has allowed me to develop the skills required of a stage manager through working with professional directors such as Ioan Hefin on ‘Earthquakes in London’ and Yvonne Murphy on ‘The Kindness Gem’, these projects gave me a much better insight of the theatre industry as a whole. Most recently, I have started to develop a much greater interest in sound design in theatre, something I was able to investigate further by working as the sound designer for ‘Rage’, directed by Peter Doran.
